1992 - 1999
Minh Phu Export Private Enterprise was established with an initial charter capital of 120 million VND in the field of purchasing and processing seafood to supply domestic exporters.
Minh Phu Export Private Enterprise was renamed to Minh Phu Seafood Processing Enterprise and increased charter capital to 5 billion VND.
2000 - 2009
December 2002, Decision to dissolve Minh Phu Seafood Processing Enterprise established Minh Phu Seafood Import Export Company Limited with a charter capital of 90 billion VND.
Converted from LLC model to joint stock company model. On December 27, 2006, Minh Phu was officially listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
In June 2008, Minh Phu contributed 20 million USD to Mseafood Company, accounting for 90% of Mseafood's charter capital. In July 2008, we established the subsidiary Minh Phu Biological Products Production Company Limited with a charter capital of 4.5 billion VND.
August 2009, construction started at the Minh Phu Seafood Processing Factory - Hau Giang site with a total investment of 50 million USD. The factory has an estimated capacity of up to 40,000 tons of finished products per year.
2010 - 2019
On June 23, 2010, we changed our Company name to Minh Phu Seafood Corporation.
Then, two subsidiaries were established consecutively: Minh Phu Ecological Shrimp Farming Company Limited has a charter capital of 20 billion VND and
Minh Phu - Loc An Aquaculture Company Limited has a charter capital of 50 billion VND.
Minh Phu Hau Giang raised capital through a third party from MPM Investments (a subsidiary of Mitsui Group).
Minh Phu established Minh Phu Social Enterprise with a charter capital of VND 18,000,000,000
with the purpose of linking households, agricultural, forestry and fishery farms to raise shrimp sustainably, achieve international certifications and protect the forest environment.Also in this year, Minh Phu officially traded on the Upcom stock exchange on October 16, 2017.
Established Minh Phu High-Tech Agriculture Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of 100 billion VND, the main business field is processing and preserving aquatic products.
Minh Phu increased charter capital from VND 1,400 billion to VND 2,000 billion through a private placement to MPM Investments (a subsidiary of Mitsui Group).In the same year, Minh Phu signed a contract with FPT Group to carry out digital transformation.

July 2020, established Minh Phu Seafood Export Company Limited, with a charter capital of 2 billion VND, 100% owned by Minh Phu parent company.
October 2020, established Otanics Technology Joint Stock Company, with a charter capital of 100 million VND, in which Minh Phu parent company owns 51%.
November 2020, Minh Phu Aquatic Breeding Production Company Limited increased charter capital from 88 billion to 138 billion. Minh Phu parent company owns 99.67%.

April 2021, EBISUMO Logistics Co., Ltd. increased its charter capital from 2 billion VND to 20 billion VND, 100% owned by Minh Phu parent company.
June 2021, Minh Phu High-Tech Agriculture Company Limited increased its charter capital from 609 billion VND to 669 billion VND. Minh Phu parent company owns 100%.
October 2021, launched the construction project of Minh Phu processing facilities in Khanh An Industrial Park, Khanh An Commune, U Minh District, including: Minh Phu Seafood Processing Factory, with a designed capacity of 19 thousand tons/year, on a construction area of over 29,800m2. Minh Phat Seafood Processing Factory, with a designed capacity of 19 thousand tons/year, on a construction area of over 29,800m2. Each project has a total investment of 500 billion VND. Centralized wastewater treatment plant, with a designed capacity of 2,700 m3/day and night, on a construction area of 2.73 hectares, with a total investment of 50 billion VND.

In September 2022, Minh Phu issued additional shares at a ratio of 1:1, raising the total charter capital to 3,998.873 billion VND.
In November 2023, Minh Phu was approved by the People's Committee of Ca Mau province for the project of investing in the construction of social housing in Khanh An commune, U Minh district.
